Performance Training – Swimmers identified from the KAL Swim Academy will be invited to attend a specialist coaching session delivered through BOK Alpha.

The sessions aim to develop stroke technique and stamina to prepare swimmers to compete in events. The sessions take place at Almondbury Swimming Pool, Fridays during term time.

Swimmers will be assessed on training ability and can progress into KAL Swim Performance.

Swimmers must all become members of BOK Swimming Club to train in either the BOK Alpha Squad or KAL swim Performance.

Competitions – we provide opportunities to enter competitive events at local/national/international level based on skill level.
